Suginami-ku

Suginami City, located close to the city center with excellent access, offers a taste of Tokyo’s local charm. Areas like Koenji, Asagaya, and Ogikubo are particularly popular among international tourists. These neighborhoods feature unique arcade shopping streets, numerous lush parks, and draw crowds during cherry blossom season. Highlights include the Suginami Animation Museum in Ogikubo and the many antique shops clustered in Nishi-Ogikubo, both of which have been gaining attention.
