It is home to Shinjuku Station, which holds the world record for the highest daily passenger count, and boasts attractions such as Kabukicho, one of the world's largest entertainment districts; the lush greenery of Shinjuku Gyoen; Shin-Okubo, Japan's largest Koreatown; and Kagurazaka, known for its strong French community and facilities like the Institut francais Tokyo.
